Better mood and cognitive functions thanks to L-TRYPTOPHAN and NALT
In our composition you will find highly bioactive amino acids, which play the role of important neurotransmitters in the body. Their function is to stabilize the mood, prevent depressive conditions and improve the quality of sleep. L-TRYPTOPHAN is a direct precursor to serotonin, the happiness hormone that improves mood. N-acetyl tyrosine (NALT) in turn - is extremely helpful in dealing with stress because it promotes the production of dopamine. In clinical trials on people who had trouble sleeping, NALT showed a concentration- supporting effect despite the fatigue and increased stress in the subjects.
Calmness and better sleep thanks to GABA
Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a naturally occurring blocking neurotransmitter in the body. Its role is to calm down overstimulation, racing thoughts, anxiety, support relaxation and rest. Thanks to GABA, your overloaded head will rest and the nervous system will have a chance to regenerate during sleep. It is a powerful and 100% natural compound.
Advanced regeneration and detox with glutathione
Our body naturally produces it, but it is easy to get a deficiency, especially in an overloaded body. Glutathione is the most powerful natural antioxidant in our body, which not only promotes detoxification functions in the liver and kidneys, but also literally binds toxins and carries them out of the body. In addition, it neutralizes free radicals by reducing oxidative stress caused by poisonous metabolites. Glutathione will help the body to gain energy and regenerate much faster.
Herbal solace with hops and lemon balm
Herbs are treasuries of various phytochemicals. Hops are a wealth of flavonoids and polyphenols with a toning and relaxing effect. The compounds contained in lemon balm reduce anxiety, stress and help to relax. The combination of these plant compounds has a soothing effect on the nervous system, contributing to relaxation and maintaining the balance of the body in a holistic way.
Vitamins of youth C+E
Antioxidants not only keep you looking young, they also protect our nervous system, cardiovascular system and cells throughout the body. Vitamin C protects cellular structures against oxidative stress and is also involved in detoxifying the body, especially the bloodstream. Vitamin E promotes brain health, prevents neurons damage and improves their integrity.
B-complex will reduce the feeling of fatigue
FINE DAY contains a full set of B vitamins, the so-called B-complex. It consists of vitamins: B1, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B12. All of them are in active forms with the highest bioavailability. B-complex supports the health of the cardiovascular, immune and nervous systems, in addition, it reduces fatigue, regulates metabolism and improves the efficiency of thinking.

NUTRITION FACTS

Why FINE DAY really works?
The chemical forms of the substances selected by us show the highest bioavailability. Our formulas are not accidental, therefore, you will find only active forms of substances such as methylcobalamin (B12) and not cyanocobalamin - the form of B12 vitamin, which is not found in the natural environment. The composition of FINE DAY includes only natural plant compounds, protein amino acids, vitamins and antioxidants with a proven effect on the human body.
FINE DAY has a status of a dietary supplement
Not every vitamin and mineral product offered on the Internet is a dietary supplement. FINE DAY is a completely safe preparation with the status of a dietary supplement - which means that it meets the standards of the EU community food law.
INGREDIENTS LIST
N-acetyl tyrosine
Extremely helps to cope with a stress and mood changes, increases energy levels and mental performance, it alleviates withdrawal symptoms. It rises the level of tyrosine in the brain, which acts as a precursor to very important brain neurotransmitter called dopamine. Dopamine plays a large role in brain functions related to reward, motivation and pleasure, and in modulating of focus, motivation, cognitive flexibility and emotional resilience. Dopamine is one of the main regulators of motor control and coordination of body movements and is extremely important for muscle performance.

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.)
Is a very valuable herb that relieves stress. It soothes the nerves, reduces anxiety and irritability as well as digestive system disorders which are related to the tension and stress. Lemon balm can monitor vitamin B12 stock in the body. It is helpful with detoxification of the liver, spleen and kidneys.

Gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA)
Is the most important "calming" neurotransmitter in the human body. It supports sleep, relaxation and increases resistance to stress. It acts as a brake on the overstimulated brain, inhibits or slows down nerve impulses, promotes rest and relaxation.

Glutathione
Is the main antioxidant found in every cell in the body, essential to maintaining cellular integrity and vital to optimal health. Glutathione is extremely helpful with a fighting with an oxidative stress, helps to eliminate harmful toxins and supports liver health.

L-Tryptophan
It takes part in the production of serotonin, the so-called happiness hormone. Therefore, it is responsible for good mood and proper functioning of internal organs. It is also a substrate in the production of melatonin, which coordinates the work of the master biological clock. It is responsible for maintaining the quality of sleep and allows for regeneration.

Hops (Humulus Lupulus)
Is extremely rich in flavonoids and antioxidants, protects the brain and helps to bind GABA receptors. It lowers the level of the stress, tension, anxiety, hyperactivity, panic attacks. Hops improves the mood, support relaxation by influencing the levels of serotonin and melatonin.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamin)
Plays an important role in the metabolism, supporting the body in the breakdown and release of energy from the food - it is involved in the conversion of carbohydrates into glucose and the breakdown of fats and proteins. It is necessary for the production of energy in the brain and for the maintenance of the health of the nervous system. It also improves the body's ability to withstand tension and stress and is often referred to as the "anti-stress" vitamin.

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)
Must be present in the body in sufficient amounts for the other B vitamins, which contribute to the health of the nervous system, to do their job properly. Vitamin B2 acts as an antioxidant. It helps prevent lipid peroxidation and oxidative injuries that contribute to chronic health problems such as cardiovascular diseases and neurological diseases. It is very important for the production of the neurotransmitter called dopamine.

Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
Is essential for the proper functioning of the brain and peripheral nervous system. It plays a key role in the energy production and in the synthesis of serotonin.

Vitamin B4 (Choline)
Properties enhance cognitive functions and support liver health. It is crucial for energy, metabolism, concentration and the cardiovascular system. Important for the production of the neurotransmitter called acetylcholine. It lowers the level of homocysteine that creates inflammation.

Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid)
Is known as the "anti-stress" vitamin, necessary for the production of the adrenal hormones that prepare the body to cope with the stress and modify human mood and behavior. It helps to maintain proper mental performance and reduces the feeling of tiredness and weariness. Vitamin B5 also contributes to the proper synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
