1. Delivery area.

The delivery of the Goods is limited to the area of the European Union and takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.

2. Forms of delivery.

Delivery of the ordered Goods is carried out via:

  • Courier company
  • Paczkomaty
3. Pickup in person.

It is not possible to pick up the goods ordered in our store in person at the company’s headquarters.

4. Delivery costs.

Delivery costs are:

  • InPost parcel lockers prepayment – PLN 10.00 (free above PLN 40.00)
  • UPS courier advance payment – PLN 12.00 (free above PLN 150.00)
  • InPost parcel lockers cash on delivery – PLN 12.50
  • UPS courier cash on delivery – PLN 13.50

In addition, delivery costs will be indicated at the time of placing the Order.

5. Delivery time.

The delivery time is:

  • From 48h to 72h and counts from the date of sending the Order by the Customer, in the case of shipping within Poland.
  • From 48h to 120h and counts from the date of sending the Order by the Customer, in the case of shipment within the European Union.

If the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card – from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account.

6. Damage to the Goods caused during delivery.

In the case of a distance consumer purchase, our Store always bears the risk of accidental damage or loss of goods in transit. If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during transport, we kindly ask you to report such a defect to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us. A delay in submitting such a complaint or making contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their satisfaction, in particular for your rights under the statutory warranty for defects (point VIII of the Regulations). Faster reporting of noticed damage caused during transport helps us to pursue our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
